Ha! It might have come from a factory, but it din't leave the Lincoln Assembly plant like that.....
Just like Coachbuilt Crew Cabs, it's possible the Camper Mfgr would have ordered the car, then did the conversion upon arrival.
Or it could be someone is messin with people, and trying to pull some $$ out of something many would send to the crusher....
