64-66 long styleside bed alignment issues.

Post by aj64f100390-292 »

Hello, I got to looking at my bed, while I had the bolts out and..the wood blocks are still intact but the front of the bed seems to be so low its rubbing the back of the cab at the top. My cab has been off and isnt right because I aligned it to make the bed not look so bad at the time. But the frame in the front has not rust damage like the spots where the wood blocks were used so is there a repop bushing kit for the bed or is this a use what works situation? I know I'd rather ditch the wood intirely to prevent future rot.
Thanks in advanced.

When I mounted my bed
I just made my own wood spacer blocks
I used oak & cut it to size
Then soaked it oil for about a week
