Slick 60's

Finally getting around to working more on my 65 F250, and trying to get the original radio from the seller has failed, so I'm looking for either OEM stock, or maybe one of these?

Used stock radios I'm finding locally for $150-200 in non working condition, what would you suggest? I do not want to cut into it.
