I have located a Clark 5 speed overdrive transmission. I want to put it behind a 460 Ford V-8 in a '65 F-250. Does anyone have information on what bell housing, clutch and pressure plate I would need to complete the conversion?
Thanks.

Clark 5-speed to 460 Ford V-8 ?
Re: Clark 5-speed to 460 Ford V-8 ?
Not really an answer but a few things to look into.
There was a 429 truck engine used in medium duty trucks, I'd assume with various truck manual transmissions. Maybe look into one of those.
In the past I've used blow proof bellhousings when I needed to modify one to bolt up a non factory trans. Easier to modify the steel bell housing vs a cast piece and way stronger. I'd assume someone makes a blow proof for the 460.
