air flap and housing needed

Hi. I still need this part. I found a 1966 but the part was totally different. Must be 61-64, I guess

I need the passenger side air flap and housing - the one that feeds the heater on my 62. It connects between the body on the passenger foot well and the heater. Mine had a cable running to it. I'm thinking that it was to switch from fresh air to inside air. It's kind of hard to describe a part I've never seen! I'm in Washington state.
