1961 F100 factory tire size
What were the tire size options for a '61 F100?

Re: 1961 F100 factory tire size
The original owners manual from the '66 F100 my Dad bought new shows 7.75 x 15 and 8.15 x 15 tires as the two 15" options.
The 6.70 x 15 (1949-1964) = 7.75 x 15 (1965-1970) = F78 (1970 - 1980) = P205/75R15 (modern sizes)
The 7.10 x 15 = 8.15 x 15 = G78 = P215/75R15
I remember both G and H sizes on my dad's truck when I was driving it in the 70's. Unless you are going for a true original look I'd go bigger, 205s are going to look tiny by modern standards.
