Junkyard wheels?

Post by Jimbo302 »

Anyone have a list of takeoff wheels with size specifications that will fit a 62 f100? I have a set of steelies that look like factory wheels. The backspacing on these is more than I would like, as the rear tire (215/75/15) can rub the bed inner fender/panel (its a flareside) when the axle gets at an angle. I would like to run a larger tire but I am limited with these.
Any suggestions on a wheel to swap to while keeping the factory look?

Wheel offsets

Post by Truckrat »

fyi.gif Wheel Vintiques, Stockton Wheel, Pete Paulson, and others, (check the advertisements in the classic truck magazines?), all have the "innie" style wheels you are looking for in any width and offset and they come bare, powder coated in all colors, and chrome. Will that help? TR
