I think I have figured out a way to get out of work, and the house, long enough to make it to KC for a little while on Saturday. I don't have the Slick anywhere near ready to bring along, but I'd like check out whatever is there and mabye put a face with some of the names here on the forums. Are quite a few of you going over to Platte City saturday night?
If not, I'll probably lurk at the motel and do some Slick spotting

You heading across east on 34? I am thinking of taking 75 down and also leaving Friday AM - 2 slick convoy?

I'm in Lincoln. I won't make it to KC untill around 4:00 on Saturday. I have half a mind to drive the Bump,,,,It's no Slick
,,,,,but for now it's the next best thing. The best I can hope for is to see as much of Slick Stock as I can in the limited time I have. On a related note, I'm not sure if the truck is a member or not, but I ran across a sweet Uni out by Pioneers Park here in Lincoln on Thursday night. Next time I see it out, I'll have to stop and grab a look.

The 65 won't be making the trip
I will be driving my 94 F-150 instead. We have always gone to Nebraska City and then take 29 down when we go to Kansas City. If you go down 75 then do you cut across on 36 to St. Jo?
Would be glad to meet up with you either way. What time would you like to meet?
BMJ, sorry you can't get away sooner! My job may still get in the way, but I hope not!!

I just got off the phone with Tim (TeamhaneyF100) he will be convoying down too with his 65 short. Looking at leaving about 8-9 AM right now from Bellevue.

my bump is down right now. i broke an exhaust manifold bolt off in the pass. side head and couldn't get everything back together in time. maybe if i can get off work early tue or wed i will go at it again.
