Looks to be too narrow to me.
I have done ALOT of thinking about how you would build a Unipanel. I am not sure trying to swap a roof off of any van or wagon would be the way to go. Pretty much need to cut the rear off the roof, move it back, build in the support structure, and buy ALOT of 16ga sheet.
