Not mine Casey!-belongs to the guy that I bought the 250 from. He has had that truck for quite awhile and I think he is actually doing something with it now.

You need to put those valve covers back on it before he sees them missing.

Thanks Steve. Sounds like a good get together at Supersmitty's, glad the weather was ok for you all.

Got my inner fenders down to bare metal and primed, just need to braze a couple spots and then they're ready for paint. Various other pieces are also in the primed pile now. Need a bracket so I can install my master cylinder/booster. I'll post some more pictures when I get something worth viewing.

my 66 f250 4x4 has the rubber hose directly to the wheel cylinder

the type with the metal line and bracket was on the 67-72 4x4s i had including my 65 wrecker which was a 72 highboy frame

I know this is an older thread, but I had to look at it for some else I just met. Brian,[ after reading your whole post ] My VIN tag and chassis match, and... I don't think anything was ever changed out on this truck prior to me owning it as knowing alot of its history.

Brian, I've been talking to a guy in Kentucky who has the same basic truck as mine, his was an ex fire truck, '65 F250 4x4 under 24k miles same axle codes as mine 'B5D' he does has a bit higher gvwr than me and the same full time front hubs as mrgoobs '62. Anyway, he has the brackets and short steel brake lines on his front axle too.- Could this have been special ordered? Just sayin'
