Something I have considered when I get to this point, I've thought about having Rhino Lining (like the bed spay stuff) sprayed IN the door cavity for sound deadening and rust preventive, I've also considered this AS a floor covering and NOT having carpet, anyone know of those who have done this? From my understanding they can spray this in as thick as possible.

A few years back when Stacey David was still doing the TRUCKS show on Spike TV he built a early Bronco and used Rhino Lining much as you describe. He said that to make sure that anything your weren't covering had to be carefully masked off because the overspray would not come off!
As my dad used to say, somewhere there was a horse that died a painful death from terminal constipation due to missing a key part of its anatomy.

I think that might be what is inside my doors because the stuff is very hard unlike what I would imagine insulation being. Unfortunately it is coming apart. I'll probably scrape it off and start over....I've got time.
