OK guys my pea brain is starting to hurt
I must be missing something obvious
with the inner bulk head in both the door and the door jam what style of wiring conduit gets you from the cab and into the doors for speaker/power window wiring
most of the ones I have looked at require rubber grommets or set screws on the fittings. can't figuire out how to place any of them so that you can get tools/hands on them .
PS I hate JAM TACKS

Not relevant to your question..... but just wanted to say Hello. I lived in Mississauga for 11 years, and although I am back in my native San Diego, I just wanted to say that at least someone in America knows what Mississauga is.
OK< I'm pretty cheap. I went down to the locak hardware store and bought a couple of small washers that were about twice the diameter of the wire I was using. I opened the door used an angle mount drill and put a hole just smaller than the washer. Drilled a hole in the washer for the wire, pulled it through and put silicone on the washer and pushed it into the hole. That was 20 years ago and it is still working.
I put in a wire loom from Kwikwire. The wire loom needs to be fixed on one end and the other end slides in and out. I couldn't put the sliding end into the door post because it would hit my speakers in the kick panel. I had to put the fixed end on the post side and the moving end into the door itself. That also presented problems because of the inner bulkhead. I drilled a hole through the inner bulk head to run the wires and allow the loom to slide into the door. I installed it just above the door hinges so I could reach up into the inner bulk head through the hinge bolt cover. Not easy but it can be done. The kwik wire uses a little lock collar and set screw to hold it on the inside so you have to reach up in there and tighten that collar down. The door post side was easier because I have speaker holes in the kick panel, if you don't have that I don't know how you'd do it on that side. Here's a picture of the finished product.
