i got a set of chrome wheels and i want to strip the chrome cause they are pited from rust what can i do?.... let me rephrase that WHAT WOULD BE THE EASIEST AND CHEAPEST WAY????

the web site is ehow.com it showed me how to solve my problem step by step! also told me what i need and how to paint my wheels and look like professional!!!!
