I had huge holes in the floor pans witch i welded down new metal for. Now i have a bunch of holes all less then 1/2 inch whats the best way to seal the whole cab floor?
Its not hard its just really really fast.

Depending on the size of the holes, I will cut plugs and weld them in place, or just weld up the hole. When welding up a hole without a plug, it might be necessary to use a copper backer when welding. The copper will offer support to the weld but the weld metal will not stick to it.

I agree with the welding up of the holes. I used one of these caps with a wooden handle in it for my backing piece...... Anthony
