yes it is two tone.. Flat white over flat gray.. separated on the body line.
Yes I have a sunroof, the roof was a MESS.. biggest oil can ever seen. I have been working on it all day.
When I installed the sunroof.. I welded in some bracing to stiffen the roof up.
I am TRYING to find some tint that is opaque white looking in, and tinted looking out.. I am pretty sure someone makes it...

Lance your not really looking for tint . What would work best I think is the perforated vinyl they use on windows on commercial vehicles . Check around your area for someone who does truck and van lettering and I bet you could grab a piece big enough to cover the sunroof " cheap " .

Lance, you better find some way to lock that gate to the truck. If you want another challenge I have that gate for Dons Econo that needs redone....LOL.

I just went all through this build thread. I forgot how it looked when we hauled it home. It looks worse than my 65 did when we drug it home. I am totally amazed at your talent Lance, like I always say I have learned alot from the master,LOL. Guys wait till you see it in person.
Lance, you need to put all the pics in an album and lay on the seat for everyone to check it out from beggining to end

My hats off to you Lance. You have slew the Rustogaters and redeemed that trucks body and soul. We only have to deal with Tinworms out here in the west. Nothing like what you guys in the midwest and east go through to put one of these trucks back on the road. Great work that will be a nice looking uni when all is said and done. Its already looking pretty good from where it started.

All taped up right now, But I will try to get some before putting it back together.
yes I used the LTD master cylinder, and actually the pedal brackets as well.. it was sort of a strange way I did it..

I might use the stock pedal setup the next time.. Frankly I don't even recall why I went the way I did. I did have to adjust the break pedal length (slightly longer) it ended up to high...
I used the cars entire break system , that way I KNEW the wheels would react well to the master cylinder.. I think the vehicle is lighter than the LTD was, its a stoppin mutha WATCH YO MOUTH !

No hurry I havent even started dissassembly yet

. I figured from the one hood up pis as well as the interior shots your brake system was all LTD . My plan is to pull everything including the wireing harness from the crown vic and use it all

. I am still finding enough actual working room in the garage ( anybody need some garage cabinets

).

Oh I'm sure there is a massive amount of wire under there

. I do plan to narrow it down to needed circuits but since I plan to keep the fuel injection and such I will need alot of it

.
Ok quit playing with that thing and go shoot some color on it

you are down to 65 days ya know
