Slick 60's

Starting to strip the 66 F100 pulling the doors, bed, rear axle, Custom Cab trim and dash. The cab is rustier than I thought, it's scrap yard bound.

The 1964 junk cab and the 1966 green long bed are in scrap yard heaven. The Uni and 1964 short bed are in storage. If anyone needs a short bed frame let me know soon slos have decent cab and doors.

Hay brien, check the law, if it is like the state law. if they are out of site from a right of way(street) & you are a member of a club Then you can claim you are preserving the history of classic trucks. Must be 25 years old. Thats the way it works in texas.

Unfortunately all this stuff is in plain sight. Don't have the money or time to build a fence.

temporary glue some tall wood fence panels on the side of the truck that faces the road !

Sounds like you have things under control. Do you? Any luck with an extension of time?

The person I have to talk to was off and wil be back Monday. Still finishing up but hopefully I have it taken care of.

Don't suppose that with your "custom cab trim" you by chance have a drivers side interior door "C" trim piece you could part with?
I've got the upper and lower pieces that trim the door panels but still missing the turn piece.

some guy in the stupid neighborhood i was renting in and just moved out of was building a motorcycle IN his garage, and he ended up getting the cops called on him and forced to get rid of it or Move, by Neighborhood Management Company Orders.....

sorry to hear the town is unhappy with your slick repair shop.

i think of stuff like that whenever we start talking about moving anywhere else.
