That means it originally came with a Blue interior but a BENCH seat. not a original bucket seat truck.

B81 = Medium blue crush vinyl and medium blue ladder pattern woven plastic covered bench seat.

Personally, I think it would look 200% better if the wheels were painted white, instead of blue......
