If you wanna lower it take a look at my 64 build Mike.
The monos on the front and the modded 250 spring pack in the rear worked out real well.
I haven't driven it under power of course but I got a feel of it when it was pulled to my new home.
It rides real good!
I'll answer anything you wanna know.
If your gonna do it, change it to a 100 IMHO.

Hey JC,
which Mike?

guess I'm to late to catch someone at Pate to pick me up a new / like new / better than new steering wheel for
nothing, next to nothing, almost paid nothing!

they are picking the truck up on Thursday now and I should have it by this week end,

pretty straight for an original 52 year old truck!

What kind of wax you going to use?

I saw a couple of steering wheels at Pate, none that were in the kind of shape you need for a nice truck like that.

Well, if you hadn't pulled a Rickybobby and dropped off the map, we'd have been happy to pick up those parts for you. God knows, there was a lot of stuff for Slicks this time. Better yet, why don't you join us next year. If you can make Slick Stock, you can make Pate.
And let us know when the truck gets here. I know I'd like to see it.
Welcome home.
Mother's makes a good wax 8)

in 53 it changed to f250

Hey Ice!
yep it's been a sad last 14 months?
since Miss Daisy was driven away and I was left slickless!

and yes,
after a little further research I did find that it was like 53? or so when they named the truck F250!

I just want to know what the new truck will be named. I know Mikey has been falling asleep thinking about a name for his newborn on the way. 8)

will as soon as it's unloaded from the trailer and then we are taking it to have the 456 gears changed out so until that is done,

da name is "Tank" or "Stump Puller"
