Well right now I've got the rear suspension and rear end out of it. I'm in the middle of doing the bed all in aluminum with new tubs. I got a nodular chunk with 35 spline, spool, and 4.56's from a friend of mine and I have a guy in town here narrowing a 9" housing on his jig for it, so that leaves the brakes and ordering axles and the rear end is done. I'm wanting to do ladder links and coil-overs out back but I may end up running leafs with Cal-Tracs I don't know yet. My mind changes daily on my car stuffUNIFAN wrote:Hey Mack welcome to the board! Where abouts in TN. are you? Your truck belonged to a good friend of mine. It cracks me up every time I see that video seeing how out of control it is! What plans do you have for it? Oh yea, thanks for the compliment.

Gary, the spider caps are for a 5 x 4 1/2" bolt pattern. I will let you know if I see some for the 5 x5 1/2" though.Gary Seymour wrote:I agree, the look of this '66 is just perfect. It's got me thinking about going semi gloss too.
Unifan: The bolt pattern is not 5 on 5 1/2" is it? I looked for spider caps and I didn't find any for 5 on 5 1/2".
No doubt about it. You built my truck. That's exactly the way I had mine pictured right down to the spider caps. Other than the red interior in yours, it's exactly the way I want to do mine and there's nothing wrong with the red, mine just happens to be blue.
