History for you new guys.
The Blue & White 64 PFM pictured is the truck that basically started "Slick 60s". It was converted from a lwb to a swb and completely redone by Lance (aka Foodstick) who was the founder of the group about 9 years ago. This beautiful truck now belongs to Don Reglin, "Kid"'s brother. The trophy Don won with it in the first show he entered it in he gave to Lance.

These window clings Chris is making are like those little oil change clings you can get at auto parts stores, so no glue needed like on a bumper sticker. I voted for #2 myself, but like most all I have seen. Anyone that saw our sign at Pate knows what one I like best. I would use any of them they would make. Just cool to have something on our trucks to show who we are. TR

I agree. I like #2 but Im digging the gear/lightning. Even though its a nice truck on the others it will clash with some of our trucks. I know mine with that "Seafoam Green" color would make it look off with the other truck on there. To the untrained eye that is. Either way Im down with whatever yall do.

Yes TR loves that Gear/Lighting bolt. In fact his Pate sign is where I got that graphic from. I think he was the one that drew it even.
I will leave the post going until end of this week. I think based on comments and suggestions we might need to do 2 different version of the cling. I will wait until more people chime in. Thanks everyone for your comments and I don't take them personally and I also like Sofla's but that is his and not mine..

Thanks Chris, but I can't take credit for that. Some graphic designer from Ford did that one a long time ago and no doubt wasn't paid any extra for a design that has been around for a long time.
Sofla's hood badge design is very cool, so where is he. Does he still come around or even post on here anymore? I would be curious to know if he would give artistic authorization to let us use the design again. I would not want to give anyone the wrong idea. Using it as a window cling, but not about making anything off the design, only as a fundraiser for SS. Does anyone know Sofla personally and can he be contacted? TR

I like #3, with a clear background. It is not too busy and it clearly shows our trucks, identifying what a Slick 60's is. There are people out there that don't know what a Slick is.
I am not sure what other printed materials are out there for/from Slick 60's, and regardless of my preference, I think the new window sticky should match previous materials. This would show continunity and help eliminate any confusion.
Thanks to all who have put forth effort on this task.

I got to playing again with photo shop. I used some of the suggestions on this poll and came up with 2 slightly different images.
Am I going in the right direction? Should we try a new poll? I will ask tonight on chat also but post what you think of the new pictures....
