$14,600.00 US price tag makes that as impossible as the Hertz across the street for me

For all the "issues" you mentioned with the car JC, it still looks like it's really nice.

Remember, our friend Malcom Bricklin brought us the Yugo...for about as long as Bricklin made cars...and disappeared just as quickly. conspy.gif

LOL dean found only 2 dead mice and a WEASEL so far.. maybe the weasel did the dirty work for me

Had it running for about 2 secs on Wed, then fried the starter. Fired right up first go.

Dwight.. I tell ya I have never been into Vette-type cars but the Bricklin always held a special place in me heart, due to it's use of Ford or AMC parts, and being the last car manufactured in Canada by an independent. Malcom Brickin himself is undoubtedly quite the schiester, but the car has an unexplainable cool factor you would not believe.
EVERY and I mean EVERY place we stopped for diesel on the way back, someone came up to us to talk about the car. I dunno if I can deal with this much attention LOL but it sure gets people's eye!

Well you named the 63 Jinx because of the fun we had getting it to you. Are considering naming the Bricklin The Zoo?

Maybe it should be "Weezy" for the weasel

Now all I got to do, besides getting it running, is find a puka shell necklace, a purple ultrasuede sports jacket, and I guess a perm is out of the question. Then brush up on my "Hey baybaay, what's your sign?" type lines, and I am set for that midlife crisis thing.

Weezy would look cool as a big decal on each door JC and maybe a bigger one for the hood.
