My 66 Slick has that same emblem in the midle of the seat. The only re-pop seat covers I've found that are supposed to be "factory type" do not have the emblem or the plaid styled material either for that matter.

I'm not an all-knowing center of Slick knowledge by any means, so I'm gonna assume that the seat emblem was original on all Slicks...or at least 65's & 66's.
The rare thing would be to still have a useable original seat with it still on there.
My Son's '65 had that on the original seat cover before we had it redone (got a pic somewhere). My own '65 still has it's original cover, although it's in pretty bad shape.
It looks like 36Truck's seat has been recovered from the seam below the emblem on down.

hard to find those seats in good shape. there are also varying styles of upholstery with the logo but i was told by a reupholstery shop that if i had a big enough section they could incorporate it into the new covering.
i do have 2 usable seat backs with logo one is in my 65 f350.
i also have some pieces of vinyl with logo cut out of junk seats. i was thinking of covering a console or some visors with them.
