Got the Fiberglass windshield template trimmed today and have it setting in the opening and now just need to trim it around the lower corners and transfer that to the windshield and cut that and weld back in some of the lip that holds the window rubber and window in and I will be good.

Made up a Photobucket account with a bunch of chop top pics and pics of my 65 when I brought it home and a couple of it now

yea Alan, It was for the mice. I think that seat is still floating aroung here somewhere. I gave it to someone who put it in a truck and stuffed the hole full of foam and put a cover over it, sad to say it was better than what he had

Nice looking pics Kid. I would like to try a chop top sometime in the future. Has anyone ever done a 4x4? Wonder if it would look right.

Plan is as of today is to put the wiring in on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. It will then be able to move under its own power so we don't have to push it in and out of the garage

I bet you will be glad to make it move under it's own power. I assume that you will be ready for SlickStock? 8)

Have you made any progress. I like the amount of chop you did. My truck has a lot of rust in the roof, and I am inspired to maybe chop mine.

got some done today, took alot less time than I thought to get the wiring in it. Got the fuse box mounted, the bulkhead through the firewall mounted and all the wires ran through it, got all the wires sorted and ran towards where they will need to be. Thought it would take all day to do what we did in a couple hours. Just need to get my switches ordered and make the cuts needed to put the dash panel in with my new gauge set. Progress was made, another day like today and I will be able to drive it. Not to just solve that pesky windshield problem
