Real life Overhaulin'

Some of you may remember a story I told about a survivor 73 Mustang Mach 1 about a year ago. Quick recap, car has been sitting since 1980. It was a Cleveland car with 6300 miles on it. It had an awful vinyl roof with a factory sunroof. 1 of 6 car with the sunroof. This car is completely legit. I wanted it in the worst way but the owner wanted too much for it. Go figure. Anyway, it has since been acquired by a gentleman in town who is quite ill and the car is getting a complete ground up with a 557 BBF squeezed into it. He had the stroked 460 built last winter but has been unable to start the project because of health reasons. Over the past few weeks, some very talented locals have taken it upon themselves to build the car while the owner is completely unaware of what is going on. This will be unveiled hopefully in the next few weeks. The entire build is a volunteer effort. I was fortunate to be able to offer some services helping out on the build. Here are some pics, enjoy.
