Slick 60's

I can't remember being as excited about getting a vehicle running this good. I've definately never set solid lifters before. Put new gaskets on oil pan, oil pump and valve covers on the 292 today. New oil and Lucas additive, and set timing. It's as quiet as a church mouse now and pops off real quick.

Thanks for all the advice and help guys. That's what is so valueable about these sites. Being able to wrench, come in and ask questions, and go real back to wrenching...priceless.
