Factory bed rails ?

Hi all,

When I bought my truck, it came with a set of (what I believe to be) factory bed rails laying in the bed. They're white and I think made of cast aluminum. They screw to the top of the bed on either side.

I haven't decided what to do with them yet. Any idea what these might be worth ?

Thanks.

I am not familiar with those being a factory option on these trucks. Do they have a Ford part number on them? Hawkrod

My 66 has a set that was on it when I bought it.Not factory but look correct for that time period. They were probably a Western Auto product.

I have a set similar to what you described. Mine were originally the top rails on a 60s Ford station wagon. They are stamped with the fomoco.

I checked them for Ford part numbers - nothing. Must be an aftermarket part.

Hey Hawkrod, good to cross paths again. We've talked before on the Cougar site. Just sold my 67 Cougar to purchase this 65 F100. It was time for a change and unfortunately, couldn't keep em both. You gotta love old Fords.
