First it's the winter weather,
then the attitude,
the food,
and now I am being inticed to become a Texan by Free Beer!

I prolly could if you gave me long enough..

At issue: a brand that's lost mojo. Bud unit sales were down 9% last year and are down the same this year, says Beverage Marketing Corp. Beer drinkers have lost loyalty to Bud for the past seven years, research firm Brand Keys reports. Bud's ranking among national product brands slipped from 16th in 2003 to 220th in 2010.

...Here's a thought. put some actual INGREDIENTS in your beer Budweiser!!
Passing a handfull of hops ten feet over the 10,000 gallon brewpot and mixing in a whole bunch of rice syrup does NOT make a good beer, beechwood or not.

I suggest doubling the barley malt and hops in the recipe to start, then if that doesn't bring your crap brand back, double it again!! and Leave the rice syrup out.
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..

Actually Alan, canned beer preserves it's freshness way longer. Most of the European beers I have had taste way better out of a can (you just decant it into a glass to avoid the tinny smell..) than in the green bottles that let the UV rays destroy the beer.
Grolsh and Pilsner Urquell are ALWAYS skunky in a bottle. So is Corona. Thats why they have taken to putting a lime in it, to mask the skunkiness.

Actually I think the Mexicans are having a laugh on the Americans, and Corona is really recycled beer

yes, beer hates light. literally. i prefer a beer out of a bottle to a beer out of a can, but it has to be a brown bottle with full packaging.
canned beer is good when poured like jc says.
of course, a quality bourbon is wayyyy better then either.

I agree NO Bottle = No Beer, cans are for dog food & cat food.
I agree Bottles have got to be dark brown -If Bottle's Clear it's Not Beer
AND NO Friggin Fruit in it either. Of course what else would I expect from people who put worms in their Tequilla?
I mustl Admit DosXX's Dark Beer is alright tho' especially with righteous food. . . . UMmm UM good.

They say InBev is considering renaming the brand "Bud-Dummer". They are also adding Aspirin to help fight inevitible headaches people get . . . .

See That ? Now I gotta go get a frosty one GEeeeez. Y'all are a bad influence on me, Hah :rotflmao:
FBp. . . . .
