Bad tooth!

A man had a bad tooth and had to get to the dentist as soon as possible to get it taken care of!
The dentist came in, looked at it and told him he would have to give him a shot with the needle to numb him up.
The man quickly replied, "Nooooooo, I don't like needles, I can't do that"
Well ok, said the dentist then we will just use gas on you. Is that alright?
The man quickly replied, "Nooooooo, I can't do gas either"
The dentist then asked, "Well, you can do pills can't you?"
Sure the man said, I can do that with no problem.
The dentist leaves the room, comes back and hands him 2 Viagra pills.
The man replies, "Hey wait a minute, I dont understand, how could this possibly help the pain in my tooth?
So, the dentist went on to tell him. He said, " Oh, it won't help the pain but it will give you something to hold on to while I pull that tooth"!!
