Phil,
I began working on the truck about mid-April. I put disc brakes, and self adjusting rear brakes that I took from a donor truck, and had the engine redone. I'm now welding in my floor pans, thanks to Tom @ Flashbacks, who met my cousin Anthony at night in Carlisle to give him the floor pans, anti-rattle, and door seals.
Gregg,
I always put the parts in the garage and cover the cab with a tarp at night, to keep the parts dry from the elements.
Lance,
I wanted to test the truck out, to make sure it was a good one!
Thanks for your posts
Nick
