Got a great deal on some new tires for the truck. They are 36/16.5/12.50's on 9.75 67-68 (I think) Camper Special wheels so the stock caps fit and everything. Unfortunatly the front wheels are pretty rusty, and take a different type of "innie" cap. So I have to find two more Ford ones. Anyone have a couple lying around?

There are no front caps avalible for the four wheel drive axle either F100 or F250.

With the stock rims bare and caps on the back you are 100% correct.

PS... Four wheel drive wheels are Semi Gloss Black...LOL

Adrianspeeder, No lift just a stock height 62.

Garbz, I have tow other caps that will be going on the front after an appointment with the dremel. I was going to go with black, but the front wheels are so pitted, I wanted to hide it.

Kewl, Are you going to cut out the cneter and add a disc to hide the F an D?

I think that the white makes the truck stand out more than the black would.Looks good the way that it stands.

The other tow caps I have are pretty rough, so I'll start by trimming a hole. If it looks crappy with the F and D I'll cut them out and patch it. I was apprehensive about the white at first, but it's growing on me. Sometime soon, the truck will be red/white too.

looks great.i happen to have a set of 5 of those wide inny wheels. also there is a cap available to fit on them that you do NOT need to cut out the f and d, just the center depression.they are an inny version of the 67-72 style caps.i only have 2, they are stamped ford of Canada on the back.i will take a pic later.
heres the wheel

No lift!?!?!? 4x4 makes that possible? I'm just used to 4 or 6 inch lifts to get 35s and such on the 80+ trucks.

the standard (suspension)lift was 3", the highboys had 4". a highboy with an additional 3" body lift can accomodate 40" tires with the big opening fenders.
