Hey folks,

Certainly NOT a Ford, but pretty cool anyway. Last week, we hosted a fundraiser event for Autism. Somehow, we managed to snag the 1949 Buick Roadmaster that Tom Cruise and Dustin Hoffman drove in the movie "Rain Man" as our centerpiece…

my dad had a 53 with the inline 8

Always liked those old Buicks. The hoods on those would
tilt on either side to service the straight 8 engine. Drove a big
Pontiac with a straight 8 one time. Figured it was the same engine.
Think the Pontiac was a 42 model. Neat old cars for sure. TR
