Slick 60's

I have always been a night dreamer
Some are very vivid.... Ask my wife... I have woke up screaming
Not always nightmares....most are good ones
I've even had flying dreams... Which are rare... Less than 2%

But last night I was dreaming that it was SlickStock.....
There were about a dozen of us hanging around
We decided to go grab a hamburger & eat at a park

While sitting there, here comes a group of car show guys driving threw
All sorts of rigs... Cars , trucks, fords , chebbys .......
Then these ratrods were in the cruise too

Not sure what happened, but one ratrod pulled out in front of the other
SMACK ! .... They ran into each other
Jonny Canuck was there and he laughed like crazy at that

We all walked over to see the damage
Looked at them & decided they were better looking after the crash
Iceman said he had hauled better stuff to the salvage yards

Anyway.... I hope I'm not going more nuttier than I already am
Going to do some field work today... Finally drying up
Bean & milo planting will start soon ..... Then wheat cutting....

At least it was a funny dream.

Scary if the events truly happen.

Well... It was tender

I had a bad dream that them Iowa Corn Bats were swooping down and nippin the top of my head. Woke up and had a bald spot. Horrible, horrible nightmare I tell you.

Mark, don't tell them there corn bats we are going to Salina this year!!

Not near as much corn in Kansas
They are extremely rare to see, even when we get a good corn year

We do have beautiful vultures that are a common sight though
They eat things like flattened raccoons ... No worrys .. If you keep moving

Well Pat I would be howling if those rat rods were brand X powered, but otherwise I kinda *like* rat rods. I Barely ever dream anymore. I used to dream like crazy. Then I was married for 27 years. Killed that dead. Nothing more to hope for I guess.
I just daydream now. Just like the Monkees.

One of my friends has beagles... I had this dream on a Thursday or Friday two weeks ago...I dreamed that for some reason he got a fat white beagle puppy ...
Well I sent him an email and he got a good laugh out of it...

The next day I was talking to another friend and he said he had just got his brothers Fat White Bulldog and brought him home...

Yea... I've had some dreams come partly true....
Long time ago, I dreamed of a plane crash
2 days later , 2 fathers of guys I knew were killed when thier plane crashed


Dated a gal who told me she woke up from a dream
Said she dreamed her g-maw had died
Got a call early the next morning ....
Her g-dad had died that night

Some people don't believe in that kind of stuff
But sure seems very strange at times

I had many dreams come true, although they can't all be put forward on a PG rated forum.
The problem was most of them were 25 years or more after the fact. Like when I was 15 and dreamed of owning a red Mustang. that one only took 41 years.
or the time I dreamt of paying off my mortgage. That one only took 31 years. Or the time I dreamed of drawing a house on a big computer screen on a computer, sitting in a comfy chair. That only took 28 years to come true. Last night I dreamt of being a millionaire. Should I hold my breath?

I think I had that dream to Pat

but for some darn reason?
