What does the bottom of the 64-66 doors look like?

I ran across a good deal (I think) on a pair of doors. The guy sent me a photo of the bottom, which have surface rust, but not rusted through. But I did see what looked sort of like rivets spaced about 3" apart across the bottom. I have to admit, I don't remember seeing them bottom of my doors, but maybe I never looked close enough.
So, should there be this row of rivets or round shaped holes? What purpose do they serve?
I'll try to post a link to my gallery, since I forget how to put a photo into a post.

Those holes are for attaching the door weather seal.

Still got a lot to learn on these trucks. Thanks.
Those are plastic clips, right? Will a new weatherstrip kit contain these, or do I need to reuse them?

the new weatherstrip will have them in it.they are plastic and there is a wire inside that connects them all to the stripping .

Hey ICE Did you notice that some of the early doors had smaller holes for the door seals unlike the ones now with the bigger holes noticed a lot on the uni-body doors

Tom, i had not noticed that however i did notice that the original seals and the carpenter repops have the seam on the hinge side while the taiwan ones have it on the lock side of the door.

I got a set from Mac's-
They have plain ol rubber at all the molded sections, really hard, took about a year to seat to the contours of the door jamb. It was so bad that I didn't install the right side. I need to, but it will be a pain in the head all over again.
And the stupid seal doesn't even seal really well. Especially at the top, it doesn't even contact the jamb. I think I want to experiment with a roll of generic weatherstrip from the parts house. Might work, might be a miserable failure... Who knows. Chances are, I can make it work better than the stock seals.

Like Ice said before you only get what you pay for and so many of these companies that people think are so great sell the Tawain Junk Way especially rubber,,, one reason is buy so cheap sell for a 100% to 150% profit or more... I do know of one company that buys a certain part for .05 and sells for 25.00 and even that part is not worth .05,,, Like I always say ask the salesperson where it comes from,,, if he cannot then something tells me there hiding something....

Hey ICEMAN,
Is that wire supposed to face towards the inside of the cab or outwards? I think there is only one way the weatherstripping can be installed... but I keep getting confused.
Cheers,
