The hood looks to be from a older truck since it has badges on it also.

Dude.
Don't tease me.
A bullet hole? A real bullet hole?
Where is the bullet hole?
We want pictures.
Here in Texas, a real bullet hole in your truck is a badge of greatness and cause for much celebration and passing around of adult beverages.
I expect a full confession complete with glossy 8x10's with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each one is and how it can be used as evidence against us....... er ah, sorry.
I just had a little 60's flashback.
ROTFLMAO

u.s., no power point presentation from me, but those last two pics clearly show a large caliber bullet hole from, at my best guess, what had to be a hunting rifle. i'd say in the 30 caliber range cause that's one big ol' hole! just imagine sitting in the passenger seat with the muzzle down (safety first), and a cold one after a long day in the woods chasing that elusive "tirty pointer", when the truck hits some wash boards on the old dirt road and "BAM". the rifle goes off and you spill your beer.
now two rules have been violated. "don't drink and drive- you might hit a bump and spill some" and "never leave a weapon loaded-someone might get hurt, and you might waste a perfectly good 30-06 shell and spill your beer".
or it could just be some random rust holes that just happen to line up ballistically.
you decide.

Yeah, Ezer, rust doesn't leave exit wounds.

Nice find-it's not a 64 but a buildable shortie is always a good start.

Ezerner.
Nah.
That little piss ant hole in the floorboard IS NOT a bullet hole, and does not count.
That s a punched out drain hole for an aftermarket A/C.
I'm talking real bullet holes.
Like in the door skin, the tail gate, or front fender.
We got some of them here in Texas and the guys keep those holes in their trucks with honor; and honor says you can't fake them.
Still ROFLMAO

looks like you have a little work to do.
not bad for the price though.
i have repair pieces for that garage door in the dash.
speaking of bullet holes i had to go tow a truck a few years ago that was shot and bleeding.
it was a newer chebby, the guys rifle somehow

discharged while he was driving, the bullet went thru the trans.,all the fluid came out and left him d.o.a. on the roadside.

Way to go Chris! Looks like Santa came early to your house. Everybody should get a Slick for Christmas. Now we have a new armrest and drinkholder for SS4!
BTW, I hope the swelling comes down soon. T-fal tends to hurt more in the cold winter months.

alan, you are more than welcome to ride shotgun, but i think next time we might just opt for service and food quality over chestyness and ditzyness...or maybe not. after all, we are pretty well fed for the most part and could probably skip a meal or two without any dire consiquences. lol
