thanks totten, and ken462 that article helps. I guess my biggest question was do I try and drill out the spot welds before installing the new pan...answer is definely YES... I put a set of pans in a 70 bronco once and it turned out pretty good. I drilled every hole and welded thru them...I just was ...

It is plastic oops! i havent worked on very many bronco II's sorry! I just noticed the RJM instructions say to ground the ECU. How have any of you accomplished this? on a stock 1986 thru 1992 mustang the ECU is grounded with the green screw that bolts the ECU to the inner kick panel. As a side note...

nice....sounds healthy, but i still like the sound of a 302 HO with Flow Masters. :) I can see a 300 six running good, and probably having more torque than a stock 302 roller motor, however, how much does a intake manifold cost, cam, headers, carb, head cost compared to a simular 302? just curious. ...

get a second fill tube and cut a piece off it and weld it to the fill tube you are wanting to use
