Wiper Motor / Switch swapping
Southern64,
I have had a couple different motors and switches. The 1-speed motor and switch in our all-original '65 CC is different than the 2-speed motor/switch combo I grabbed out of a junkyard '66. I thought maybe the 2-speed only started in '66, but the 2-position switch has a C3 part number on it, implying it dates back to '63.
I have an NOS wiper switch, 1-speed, and it has a different number of and configuration of connectors than the 2-speed setup I have.
I would not bank on any interchangeability from year to year, and certainly not between 1-speed and 2-speed parts.
I know someone here will have all the details you need.

I am pretty sure the two speed wiper, and washers, were options in '65 and'66. My son's '66 Custom Cab originally had a single speed wiper and windshield washers in it.
Spent many days in wrecking yards looking for pieces and parts when we first put his truck together. Most of the '65-'66 trucks we looked at had single speeds, regardless of whether Standard or Custom Cab. Same went for windshield washers, though we did find washers in some of the single speed trucks and two speed wipers without washers.

2 speed wiper vs 1 speed.
My '66 custom cab has a 2 speed wiper and my regular cab has a 1 speed wiper. I found that I could modify the bracket holding the 1 speed motor to accommodate a 2 speed motor and it worked out well. Obviously I had to use a 2 peed switch.
