Slick Wheel Bolt Pattern

I know the F100's had the 5 lug pattern. Did the F250's also have the 5 lug or did they have the 8 lug? Or were the 8 lugs only on the 4X4's or maybe on the 350's? Thanks.

all f100s are 5 lug
all f250s 2 or 4wd are 8 lug
61-66 f350s are 6 lug
