I have a '66 F100 with the factory Dana/Spicer 44 limited slip rear end. The drivers side axle bearing has gone out. I'm trying to gather some info before I tear into it. Do the axles just pull out like the 9" rear ends or is there some time of C-clip that holds them in the center section? Do these bearings press on like the 9"?
I searched the Hints & Tricks but found nothing on this topic. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!
