I'd say that was a fair deal. You have a double flaring tool and tube bender to make your new lines?

Learning to double flair is fun. I squeeze the line holding tool in a couple of C clamps. Makes it a bit easier. Don't forget to put the fitting on first.

Do yourself a favor and spend the money for the Eastwood flaring kit. Makes factory looking flares with ease.

Use a little bit of brake fluid when you make your flares, it works as a lubricant and will make a nicer looking flair.

or you can convert to AN (37 degree) fittings (AN-3). I find they are a lot easier than 45's and it is a single flair not a double flair. Plus getting pre made AN-3 hoses from speedway is quick and cheap.
