Another Slick on T.V.

Just saw a commercial for a t.v. show on the Travel Channel with that semi-weird dude Anthony Bourdain and the upcoming episode has him driving somewhere in South Carolina in what looked like a '65 blue/white longbed. Monday, Sept. 17, 10 pm.

Wife was watchin' some chick flick last week, "The Prince and Me" with Julia Stiles or something like that. Well, she and the prince go to visit her family on their farm and the brothers get into a Slick. I wasn't watching close enough to tell you what year it was.

lots of slicks in movies and on tv.

some i have recently seen:
Perfect storm with George Clooney, one of the fisherman is driving a blue 65 or 66 in the beginning of the movie.

homeward bound, the movie where the dogs and cat take a trip on their own, nice white 66 custom cab .

drop zone with Wesley Snipes, brown or tan 64 i think.

i was going to start a list because there are so many.

I am driving my girlfriend nuts now looking for slicks on TV lol she watches Northern Exposure faithfully since she spent most of her life in alaska, im yelling "theres another slick" lol
