I have a long bed flareside 4x4. I am looking for information and assembly instructions for the cross memebers, panels, bed wood and strips. I can't to bed wood dimensions for a long bed. From the pieces I have a cannot seem to figure out where the bed strips attach. When I lay the originals out (which are in super rough shape) the holes don't seem to line up with the cross members. It appears the wood would be on top of the bolts that secure the cross member. Are the boards partially drilled on the underside so that they sit flush on the cross member? The holes in the frame where the front cross member attaches has a 1/2" hole, the rest are 7/16" except for the the cross member behind the front one is 3/8". Seems strange. I ordered punched bed strips but the holes didn't line up with the original so I returned them and got unpunched bed strips. I'm a little unsure where to drill and file the holes because like I said my original strip holes didn't seem to line up with the cross members.
If anyone has instructions for the bed or really detailed pictures that would be helpful.
Thanks.

Since I have never owned a Ford with the wood bed floor this is the most help I can offer.
Also a quick google search of "Ford flair side bed" or 'Ford Flair side bed diagram' then select IMAGES and there is some good pictures unfortunately no measurements that I noticed.
