Question - 64 interior door/ window handles

Hello to all,

My truck is the a '64 F100 custom cab. Here is my question: What should the position of my door and window handles (interior) be, when the window is rolled up and door is shut ?? Which way should they point ??

I am working on my interior. Thank you for the help.

in my dealer brochure it shows the door handle pointing to about 1:00, the window handle is at 6:00
