Replacement fenders

Post by Missouri66 »

I know I've seen some discussion here about best source for replacement body parts but not much luck finding it.
Now dealing with rust on lower rear corners of front fenders. Choice is to cut out rust and weld in repair panel vs. complete new fender.
LMC and Carpenter both list import replacement in catalog -- guessing this is the same fender from either.

Any advice on front fender repair / replace?

If I lived in the same town as LMC they would know me by name there by now. How's that for advice?
Just don't buy anything rubber from them
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..

JC, if you lived that close, they wouldn't just know you by name, they'd have your own coffee pot setup for you!

there is a guy in riverside that has an old 45ft trailer full of old truck parts. i bought a rust free fender off him for 80$ last year. i don't have his number anymore, but i know where he lives.
