Hey on the floorboards I saw a really sweet trick for making your own. It was on Back From The Dead. I highly recommend that video to any car/truck nuts.
The basic proceedure was to use metal rods and make a 'frame' along all of the edges, and any 3-dimensional parts. Such as the transmission. Then he used a pizza box and traced all the sections, cut them in metal, and welded them to the frame. It looked like a decent fabricator could have an entire cab floor in just a few hours. I tried to find just a video clip of that portion of the movie but wasn't successful. If you want a better description let me know, or I could maybe whip up a drawing or screenshot or two from the movie.
