jpeg to Vector

Anybody here know how I can get a file transfered from a jpeg to a Vector file. I have no idea what all this is but I need to get it done. It is for the club

Darrell,
Right click on the thumbnail and choose properties. The window that opens will show what type of file it is and there will be a button that says "change".. The issue may be that your computer does not have that program..

I would guess the person that needs it in the format would have the programing..

Zip it off to me and I can tell you if it can be done or not. Not all images con be converted to Vector.

If it's artwork and all solid color (not photographic) you can usually get something, but it may need to be fussed a little. The simpler the art, the easier it is to convert.

The bigger the Jpeg file (in other words the higher the resolution) the better the vector will come out.
