Thought there was one on E-bay a couple years back, a turquoise and white crewcab. Might have been a F-250. Listed a couple times, as I remember. I think it was somewhere in the Southeast part of the country. Seems there was quite a bit of discussion about it here.

I don't know about earlier but in mid 77 the extended cab 4X4 was released and was available in an F150, F250 and F350 They were actually all identical except for axles (because they were so low volume they did not have different springs or frame rail thickness as it did not make sense to tool up). The F150 had a leaf front spring Dana 44 high pinion and a Ford 9 inch rear, the F250 had leaf front spring Dana 44 high pinion and a Dana 60 rear and the F350 leaf front spring Dana 60 high pinion and a Dana 60 rear. I have only owned 1 and seen a handful but they do exist. The serial number on mine starts X36 and it is a 77.5. Hawkrod
