Not from the factory they didn't! E types did not have an armrest at all and TR7 armrests are flat molded ones with a molded band and are held on by screws that go straight in. If you found some then somebody swapped them on but the English cars never used original US Ford armrests. BTW, one of my many career "opportunities" after I left Ford was as the shop foreman for a place called "Continental Motors" back in the early 80's. God how I hate those cars still! Funny you would say that. I went out and checked before I posted. They are nothing alike on the two I looked at, maybe it was the year? i have both blue and green factory armrests ,green in my wifes 66 and blue in my 65 towtruck.
colors i have seen/removed from 61-66 trucks
red
black
white
green
blue
green and blue i have only found in green/blue trucks , most if not all were in 65/66 models.
