The Goldberg Brothers LOWELL,NORMAN,HIRAM,and Max -Inventors of the Automobile Air conditioner .They went to see Henry Ford and showed him their invention. He became excited and offered them 3 million for the patent.The brothers said they would except if he would put the name Goldberg on the dash of every car that had an air conditioner, but Henry refused that offer.They finally settled on 4 million and just use their first names. And so to this day all Ford air conditioners show-LO,NORM,HI, MAX
