Years ago an old man was fishing off the Brazos River in South Texas when he ran out of worms. Unable to find anything else to use as bait, he started to pack his things. Suddenly he spied a water moccasin snake, sometimes knowns as a cottonmouth snake, with a frog in it's mouth. Well, he knew the frog was great bait for bass and the snake could not bite him with the frog in it's mouth, so he caught the snake and held it right behind the head.
Now what, he thought.
Maybe a bit of the Jack Daniels whiskey in his flask would make the snake release the frog. Well, it worked. So now he had the frog, who was stunned from the snake's toxin and could not get away, but he still had the snake in his hand. So, he put down the frog and poured a little bit more of the whiskey in the snake's mouth to stun the snake and then he put the snake back in the bushes. The cottonmouth slithered slowly away and the fisherman went back to fishing by using the frog for catching a big bass.
About ten minutes later the fisherman felt something at his feet, he looked down and saw the same cottonmouth, now with two frogs in it's mouth.
