UNI Angle Chop

Ive been pondering this for a few days now. Is there anything Im missing on this plan. The goal is to make this a subtle but complementary change to the roof line on my Uni. I know the glass, gasket and stainless trim will have to be modified but is there any comments or thoughts on my approach? Your input is appreciated.

Are you lengthening the roof skin or laying the A pillar back?

It appears I will be able to keep the same angle on the A pillar and only cutdown a stock windshield. I may have to add a little in on the front of the roof skin but thinking I can flatten it out some and have enough metal.

First off I think it will look good.
You are going to end up with a "too short" roof skin.
For no more than you are taking out I think I would at least considering laying the posts back. Seeings as you aren't taking alot out and have to cut the door frames anyway it may be your best bet. Alot easier than trying to blend that roof skin in. If you shave the rail you'll find that roof is flatter in the front than my may think.
You can still cut down the stock windsheild - you'll just be adjusting the lower corners too.

A lot of work to chop so little... But it will be cool to see it come along.. Will be fun to watch!

i chopped mine 5 and for the little that you are doing its not worth the effort to do it not to tell you what to do but for just 3/4 you are going to have the same amount of work as a full blown chop so take it as you will but you might consider to got more

i say do it!!! im a huge fan of "baby" chops, much more appreciated when its subtle

Can we see a pic of your chop? It sounds cool. Did you cut the glass yourself?
